I think what you are seing is the pivot points of the swash plate in the pump. They had a tool that slid over the bolt head and was a type of protractor that could determine the swashplate angle. I would imagine that the oil is leaking around the seals where the pins come through the case. Should be a Vickers pump and I have got parts for my MM tractors (later ones use a similar pump) at ACME in Dectatur. I have had one apart but been awhile. ACME should be able to rebuild it also. Parts are common in Dectaur since they use those pumps on Trackmobiles around ADM.
