Subject: RE: grain in dump trailer ?

Princeton, Indiana
I use to pull a '39 Dorsey. I got along fine with it. Fully loaded it probably held 1100bu of corn. We made 3 piles with corn and 4 with beans/wheat. Would hold about 980bu legal with corn. Use to haul quite a bit of rock and lime home after dumping at the river. Some guys get nervous about pulling dumps, if you use your head everything is fine. Just be sure to look around, especially UP before raising the bed.
