Subject: Re: huge ammendments issue for a human's funeral ?? WTH??

Kittitas Co. Wa. State

What is there to discuss ??    The Kansas Nuts have a right to protest ALL they want.  From 300 feet away.

The law is very narrowly worded that applies to funerals.  Uh,, which also brings up the constitutional issue of "right of privacy" by a greiving family.  Law does not allow "home funerals" any more,, IE: burying people under the big tree in the corner of the field,, ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.  So the law requires a 'Public domain" funeral.  So the greiving family is DENIED the RIGHT OF Privacy ???

THE whole thread about smoking and denying a Property owner's right to choose to operate their own business is a Titanic issue compared to the right to protest a funeral...

I'm trying to see the point,, but it's pretty small...
