| I have a local guy here wanting to buy my 3rd calf black cow pairs. Few white face blacks mixed in. Nothing fancy, not overfed, just hay fed ,1000-1100#cows (I dont believe in feeding those 14-1500 pound wonders). They have month old calves or less by side. Most of them came as yearlings from Wyoming.
Have no idea what prices are,,,havent gone to a sale all winter. Have pairs went up since grass is green and the pairs are ready to head to grass in next week or two?? Hay sure was expensive this winter!! Glad spring finnally sprung!! Any idea on any prices?? This guy is stopping over soon, give me a ball park asking price fer Nebraska any way or where ever YOU are??? Dont care where,just an idea.
Edited -I forgot to ask if cattle prices are rising these days with the decline in corn prices??
