well the way I see it if everybody logged legal and I mean legal the world would stop. we can all log legal we just can'nt log it as we do it. I have hauled flat, rack, and now reefer, oh yell and grain, the rules are the rules follow em or not the rules are still the same (csa 2010) will change the way we (ME) do things. is it for the better? I do not know, but things need to change or it will be the same.
