I use a Muval macinery trailer with hyd. beaver tail and outriggers to move a 49000 lb trackhoe and a D6 dozer. It has a steel deck and 8.25 x 15 tires. Works pretty good but you have to be careful loading and unloading becuase steel tracks on steel deck = slick. Also the tires work fine for short trips, but on long trips we have had quite abit of trouble with blowouts. I think the tires just get too hot, so it dose seem to work better in winter than in summer. Just my my dealings with it
