i guess being 40 miles froma large JCB construction dealer i have a different service opinion.  we have not had any problems with service on the 4 loadall's and two backhoes we have had.  we have 2 550's and a 214S backhoe currently, 550's are in the upper 4k hours and are pretty good loaders yet.   only thing that put us down for a bit was the thrid boom section on one of them that had to come over the pond.    i think most of our parts come from the southeast someplace.

i wish our dealer had farm tractors, i would like to run a new JCB tractor.  i think they would get one in for me if i paid for it but i dont want to do that yet.
