I've used Power Drive (a division of Truck Parts) in Wichita for several odd drivelines. They have always got me running, although not necessarily with the same brand of joints, etc. They usually build up a whole new shaft, fast and for a reasonable price. This assumes there is enough of the original left for them to measure, etc :-)
I don't know what your shaft is. Being a RC special, does it have a CV at the axle end? If so, the Power Drive folks do double cardan-type CV joints, but not the ball-and-cage CV joints.
I imagine there are a similar shops in Des Moines, Moline, and Minneapolis.
