It depends on the transmission setting, as it's driven off of the same drives as the planter meter. I can't say I've ever counted the sprocket teeth to find the actual ratio between the planter hopper and the insecticide hopper, but in my memory, they're the same or nearly the same size sprockets, so I'd say they turn at approximately the same speed.
