Subject: Something worth mentioning

Heil Harvesting, Ulysses KS/Limon CO
If you are doing things that make you consistently sore (P90X), you are gaining muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat. You will look better and feel better and probably shed some pounds but you are really gaining muscle mass. A BMI (body mass index) would also be a good thing to track if you are on a program other than cardio.

I weigh about now what I weighed when I graduated from high school but my body has a much lower percentage of muscle.

I should probably be in on this program. Have to decide if I really want to lose weight or not. I am 6-3 235, most people guess my weight to be around 200. But peoples guesses do not help my heart. However my Dr says 'ideal' weight for me is higher than it is for the average 6-3 guy. Dense bones I guess. Still would not hurt me to lose 20 lbs...
