I usually have to settle for whatever is on the rack that fits.  I've got big hands and too often what they call x-large aint large enough.  Sort of a pet peeve of mine, I can't believe there aren't enough people with larger hands to justify some larger sizes.

     I agree w/feelnrite, lined don't always = warm.
