Out of error (I screwed up), I had previously listed the hotel's direct phone # on the Ag Talk Plus calendar. While this still gets your room, we don't have a good way to track for a headcount. This has been corrected this morning as I edited the information to the Drury reservation phone #.
Here is the favor I need: If you have made your reservation prior to this morning, please shoot me a quick email with name and how many in your group. The big reason I need this is:
A: Accurate headcount for supper on Saturday night.
B: I need proof of rooms to avoid being charged a meeting room fee.
