I am using a router on a homemade table for the raised panels. The bit for the raised panels was part of a set. There are 2 bits for making the door and one bit that has to be run on a table to make the raised panel. The beading on the vanity is paneling for wainscoting but the beading on the the cabinet in the room is made by running the 3/4" wood over my table saw with a molding head on it. Those doors are mortise and tenon with an oak pin. The vanity and medicine cabinet were painted by my wife and the top of the vanity is wood too. The bed wood had to be hand planed first as it was pretty rough. When I plane old wood I first use a 9" grinder with a wire brush to get off the loose material and dirt, it saves the blades on the planer.
