Make your own beer! Then you will know what it is that affects you. My homebrew has few ingredients. Malted barley, hops, water and yeast. Some beers have malted wheat as well as malted barley.
Now, commercial beers like Bud, Miller and Coors use a LOT of corn and rice in their recipes.
Still having the headaches .....
