| Yeah....blaming it on a software glitch on the carrier rocket. Watched it on the Russian channel this morning, too bad was looking forward to some more birds. "Russian President Dmitry Medvedev demanded an investigation into the loss of the satellites and ordered Prosecutor General Yury Chaika to carry out a check on spending on the Glonass system."
