NW Washington
There is a link to an old Pami evaluation of the TX36 which preceded the 66. The New Holland site has info on this combine and explains the threshing and separation system used on the TX series. I believe these conventional combines with the added " rotary tine separator" in front of the straw walkers were/are made in Europe for conditions there and in North America they were mainly sold in western Canada for cereal grain harvest. Don't think they were designed for corn and soybeans, but I am sure they would work,. NH mainly pushes their twin rotor combines in the US. These were the first NH combines to have a self-leveling shoe which will really improve performance on sloping land. The Pami report talks about the self-leveling shoe and it's effect on performance. You could try the NH Combine talk page too at http://harvesting.com/combine/newholland/index.htm but there is not much action on the NH page.
