West Union, Illinois

Pat H - would the rubber spec for hydraulic hose pretty much cover propane
NO!

This is not the time to be a fiscally conservative agricultural producer (ie: tight-***** farmer).  The risk is too high for what it will cost to do it correctly.   The hose needs to be the right stuff and have propane stamped, molded, etc on the outside.  It probably wont make a bit of difference, but if there ever is a problem the insurance company is going to be looking for any possible error to get out of it.

There are legitimate reasons for all of it, but the truth is you can't afford not to spend a few extra dollars and do it correctly.
