West Texas | Hey Rich, glad it went ok.
Our youngest went to Lubbock a week ago to a livestock judging contest. He was very, very nervous about it the night before. He placed 3rd induvidual out of over 400 kids. His team placed 17th. The next day he went Canyon, TX and did not do well at all. None of our kids did. Something was different about how they scored is what the ag teacher said. He was not impressed with the contest but said the kids did as well as could be expected for that meet.
Then that Saturday they went to Clarendon college and did quite a bit better. Next week they go to Lubbock again. He is looking forward as he is on the top team this time. I just hope they do well. I think they will be better prepared. | |
