NE South Dakota Clark, SD | I am having trouble getting a 500 to unlock to RTK. I have the Z antenna and the Omni and RTK passwords. I enterered the Omni password and it says "Upgrade successful please restart" It now has Omni selections. I enterered the RTK password and it says the same thing, but I do not have the choice of RTK. I have gotten 2 different passwords from the dealer, and niether one seems to unlock RTK. My dealer has no experience with RTK, so he has not been a lot of help. He is going to try Trimble tech support on Monday, but hopefully I can get it going with your help. Do I need to reset it and only enter the RTK password??? TIA |
