1 cup cornmeal,1 cup flour,1/4 cup sugar,4 tsp. baking powder,3/4 tsp. salt,2 eggs,1 cup milk,1/4 cup oil Mix together and bake for 22 min @ 375-425 F . I bake it in a big cast iron skillet.Love this cornbread.
