Wrench -> Data Management ->
You can either Delete Coverage Logging, which will delete all the "yellow paint" from your fields, and you can re-use them if youve been naming them. Or you can Manage Fields which will let you delete Everything or let you individually pick what you want to delete from Client/Farm/Field.
