In V4 the fine elevation offset function seems a bit dodgy (haven't tried the coarse yet) - sometimes only goes half the set amount - never saw it go more than the value, always less and then appeared to be mostly by half of that value........this needs to be fixed too as I haven't seen it in previous versions either!
