I don't know your exact Long. and lat. in Oregon but I would guess the inclination of the sat (since it moved) would be very good (around 38*) so I doubt you would ever lose waas. In eastern Ontario we are less then 6* with AOR-W sat. in many areas and even with the Pan Am sat are only going to be 10 to 15*. We anxiously hope for the teleSat which should put us up over 25*.;
