SW IN | I'm not sure why, but cats have never fared well here. I suspect the heelers play too rough when no one is around. An elderly doctor sent some cats home with my wife several years ago, to live in the barn. She took them to the barn, put out food and water, and opened the box. They came out of the box, looked around - and shot out the back and over the hill like their tails were on fire! We never saw them again. Doc periodically asked how the cats were doing. My wife's stock answer: "They were doing fine the last time I saw them!" | |
