IL | it was the only one I could find to rent. One dealer had a Jet 4 that they would rather sell than rent. Couldn't find any others around, and I knew this Tye was on the lot. Some heaving had to be done now, for next yr. The last 2 yrs, water had to evaporate rather than percolate. Too late in the season for cover crops to do the job ahead of corn planting.
Part of the field pulled hard, because we had to mud corn out in 2004. Never had been worked deep since before then, so already behind the 8 ball.
Yes, I do want shattering down below, without alot of disturbed surface, but one uses what is available. I am more satisfied with this rather than the chisel plow. desparate times call for desparate measures.
Also, this is as deep as I can pull it with the 4450. Sorry, no clydesdale on the front end, just a pony
