Subject: Not familiar with the spreadsheet for which you're looking, but...........

Oskaloosa, Iowa 52577

building one would most likely not be as difficult as you might think.

Bear in mind that these are only estimates, and therefore to try and get really tight precision is likely a fruitless endeavor................kind of like trying to measure the distance to the moon to the 8th decimal place.

Most likely I would.................

Use first column for description of costs of inputs and procedures.

In the cells in the columns to the right, merely use the "+" feature, so that the amount in the right hand cells would automatically change if a change is made to the "baseline" amounts in first money column.

Next column--------most likely scenario with respect to costs----------ie your logical baseline.

Next column------- Most likely scenario----------use one price for sales price, then present yields

Next column-------------hold the sales price, use least likely as to yields/.

Next---------- use one column for the "in between" yields and prices.

At the top..........one line for price, one line for yields, third line would be sales revenue...............price x yields.

You could end up with a lot of columns...............which will most likely show you that there really are only, say, 6-8 logical/most likely scenarios.........which likely are adequate for your purposes.

Net cash would be the last line on the page.

Probably take an hour to set it up.
