Saw a field south of me that the guy used the Aeroway every yrs, and as the tines wore off, the compation layer grew thicker. Last I knew, he had a nice 3" thick layer that a soil judger would mistake for dense till if they didn't have acid. Yep, the New design of the Tines ? Did them In. and even the 1st ones used had to be new and sharp, adjusted properly ? to do, less damage
