Well that's a huge deal. There is a guy around centralia who was renting pasture for five years for free if he would fence it. I never founfpd any of hose deals. Most folks want you to maintain the fence AND pay top dollar rent.
I even looked into that for a farm that was for sale near us. Hilly, brushy, broken up, fences completely, shot. Still wouldn't come close to paying out without some sort of out of the box thinking we never had. | |
