NESD | My bet is that the axle shaft is broken in the flowmeter turbine, you can take the lock ring out and remove the bearing plate and turbine to inspect it. If it is indeed broken you can replace the flowmeter assy with the new style from a 2010 model year, you will have to purchase the hose barb fittings in order to install it since the original had the barbs made on it and the new style does not. The new style is about 1/2 the price of the original. | |
