East Central Arkansas | Joshua google JD two cylinder hand clutch. I didn't look at any of the stuff that came up but looked like that might be a starting point. I think I might possibly have a owners manual for a 60 if I can locate it at the house but I am down on the farm for the day. I think all the hand clutches were similar in design. I never new that much about working on them but remember there were some nuts that we would adjust around the outside edge and if they were two tight it wouldn't clutch.
