Basically went bankrupt, it was an old plant that was out of date and not very efficient any more. The problem is i was told that one day they told the workers to go home your done, and they asked shouldn't we close it down, nope just go home. Well it all froze up, the pipes burst and basically ruined it. That is why they were piecing it out, it was basically scrap.
