I'd like to quote Yogi Berra here, but I won't.

The facts should come out as to whether or not some of the USDA numbers were new crop corn. That being said, the rotten corn that has to be blended off can't really be counted as regular corn bushel for bushel either. The livestock won't eat it very well and I'm sure that the ethanol plants can't get as much ethanol out of it either. Not to mention that the DDGs from that won't be going into feed rations either.

IMO, the USDA is still in the business of cheap food.....that will not change.
