WCOH | Just purchased a DMI 527 disc ripper that needs a little work. My question is on the rear blades to change a bearing it has a metal tab that is bent over the dust cap. Are those suppose to just bend out of your way or are you suppose to heat them to bend. I tried to just bend it down off the cap and it broke off. I noticed the front bearing hubs use a bolt on tab. Any one else been in my shoes.
