Does anyone ever buy the non-adjustable airfoil chaffer anymore? When I was in the parts department we sold a lot of those for all crops! You just had to turn your fan speed up. Seems to me it would solve all these issues with louvers.
I run the old Harvest Services fixed air foil chaffer in all crops. Half the weight of a conventional chaffer, no moving parts to wear out, one tough rigid welded piece of steel.
Once you find the fan speed that works with your crops and write it in the manual's setup page, you got er made. |
