Subject: help with my 3406E running hot

mount vernon, washington
My FX58 is running around 215 degrees when chopping. I added a second gauge to make sure. I also changed the thermostat. Could it be my water pump, I hate to go though the trouble of changing it if that is not the problem. The radiator is clean and the belts are also new. The engine gets hot enough where it starts derating itself. Thank you for your help.
