Try Double Checking Concave Adjustment.. I know the AFX / Specialty Rotor is a little more Agressive on Corn than just the Standard Rotor. May wanna slow the rotor a bit,, I know that the 80's and 88's i have heard you run that Rotor alot Slower than you would a 60 or 66 with the smaller Rotor..
