I have the IR 2135QTiMAX, which is their "Quiet" model. It is a great gun. The  shop runs 135 psi, but with lots of constant volume. I would think that you would be fine for the short amount of time it would take to change wagon wheels/tires.

My buddy that races cars, has 20 gallon tank with gas engine and his impact works fine.

Even if you found your volume was too small, just add a portable air tank to your system. Just tee it in with a quick coupler.
