Chatham, ON | In Canada we are not allowed to have the same hybrid marketed under different numbers. That is part of the reason we have all the gov't testing programs like OCC trials in Ontario. Also we have the same rules with soybeans......can't market the same bean under different numbers or names. We can market the same beans but has to maintain the same name like OAC Kents.
