Wow.......you do know that a plant with a 5-bean pod is genetically identical to a plant without one of the same variety, right? Just to clarify. So I'm pretty sure chipping them would be absolutely worthless. Unless of course they wanted to verify that it indeed was their own bean. That would be worth it.
