Scottville, 49454 Northwest Michigan | I don't see how that chopper can perform at maximum productivity (most tons harvested per hr.) with a dump cart to blow the silage into. If the chopper has to wait for that cart to raise and dump into a truck, he's going to spend too much time waiting and not chopping. Maybe the field was too wet for trucks, but the field doesn't look wet in the picture to me.
It would be interesting to know the complete lineup of equipment to take the silage away from this Krone chopper.
