what are you putting through it in a weeks time to wear them out ?
you have the long double cutters in the chopper concave bar ? make sure they are red and drill the hole just a bit larger and use old style star section bolts press them in
dealer had someone making them up and they were just 10 or 8 gauge steel stone would lay them down flat and was a bugger to get concave bar out
