Isn't appreciation of inputs based on 'what the market will bare' and have little to with commodity prices until we just can't pay. If NH4 dealers thought we would by $1200 product even if corn is $2.20 they would. It's not like we are ever going to get ahead of machinery, land or input prices until we find alternatives that cause suppliers to become more competitive.
Ag comodities undervalued...................
