| Its early so if you want out just get out. In 2008 I sold 540 calls and had to put over 10,000 dollars per call in my account, it was a true hedge because I had the corn in the field so I stuck it out and corn hit 3 dollars by winter but it hurt in the mean time. If it is a true hedge and you must have felt comfortable with a 4 dollar sale earlier so just be happy and look for some place to sell more production. PS I do feel we will see a 5 in front of the corn before we are done but I'm probably wrong more than I'm right. Good luck | |
