Do not use the ball bearing in a 1486. It was only meant for 100 hp and below. It will not stand up to heavy duty field work. The shaft will have less end play with the ball bearing, but it will not stand the heavier stress from the higher hp. The end play doesn't matter as long as the nut on the shaft is tightened.
