Subject: soybean cover crop

Here is some pictures of soybeans planted into spring wheat stubble on 8/11. They were planted in 30 inch rows with a population of 90,000 seeds per acre.The main reason why we did this was that we had seed left over that was contaminated with seed treatment. The beans are non gmo`s.

It will be interesting to see if they make it along enough to fix some N.

Right now they are in the unifoliate stage.
