'Here' the FSA office personnel, the Extention fella, the coop folks, the private pesticide seller, and 2 corn seed salesmen all said the program really didn't make a lot of sense for a moderate or small farm around here. The program was generally made fun of.
That is 'here', I'm sure it was a better fit somewhere else.
