Subject: RE: Long Range Wireless Camera

WNW Illinois, Henry Co
I tried an agcam system, and it would work at about 1 mile line of sight, after that distance it started to get fuzzy, losing the color, they said that was about normal, but would not meet my needs. so.

finally, I went to a static IP address on the internet, hooked up a H264 camera setup with 500 gig hard drive, with 4 cameras set to record on motion outside, and always on my drier panel when drying corn. works great, not the cheapest route, but with the value of corn sitting there, I would like to know who was taking it when I am not around. really great for monitoring the dryer system along with bin temperature sensors, I can tell when corn is transferring, what air temp is, what moisture transfer is, and with the cameras, can see what is going on, all 4 miles away.
