I just bought a 20 ton talbert tag with 20k dexter axles, air brakes. I need to replace the brake shoes. I am having trouble getting the tires off. I have removed the wedges. Any suggestions on how to get the tires off. I can not get them to budge. Do I have to take the bearings off to get the hub off to replace the brake shoes? Thanks
