Lapel, In | Personally I would not use aluminum. Whether you chose to to use conduit is up to you. I installed a similar service to the barn and had it vertically bored. No ditch to contend with and it was bored under a driveway that was left undisturbed. There is little chance of getting damage from rocks as the boring head pushes them back. If you decide to direct bury in a trench,be sure to bed the cable in fine sand. | |
