Subject: Made a southern MN round trip

Aberdeen MS
Posted this in market talk as well.

did a 450 mile ... 120 MPH round around southern MN this morning/afternoon.

From New Ulm to Rochester..... west to Souix Falls SD ... back to New Ulm.

% wise..... about half nice green corn.... half "lime green" corn. Not much drown outs going SE.

A little better going west along the IA border... but not much.

Half way back to New Ulm....drown out spots started showing up..... getting worse the further NE one goes.

Even tho had super weather this summer, the dumping the end of June took it's toll.

Have no idea if to say "normal" will hold the yield or not. Some of the corn is in spots....right across the road....whole 80's look hurt.

Would guess 10 - 15% beans drowned out in many places on the last half of last leg.
